Questions
What people ask first
Do you take walk-ins?
Sets are booked ahead. When someone cancels, same-day openings show on the booking page, so check there before you come.
How far ahead should I book?
A painted or custom set is best booked a week or two ahead, because it holds a table for hours. Fills and removal are often available sooner.
How long does a set take?
A clean set takes about two hours and a painted set about three and a half. Length and extra art add time; we tell you how much before we start.
What is the difference between gel polish, builder gel, soft-gel extensions, dip and acrylic?
Gel polish is a thin layer of color cured under a lamp. Builder gel is a thicker layer over your own nail. Soft-gel extensions add length, dip is colored powder, and acrylic is a liquid and powder mix. Most of our sets are soft-gel.
What is an art level?
Four levels, from one color to a different design on every nail. Each has its own time, and the booking page shows the price for the level you choose.
Can I bring a picture?
Please do. Send it when you book, or text it to us, and we will tell you the shape, length and time it needs.
Do I need to book removal?
If your nails were done somewhere else, yes: book removal first so we have the time to take it off gently. Please don't pull off gel yourself.
What if a nail lifts?
Tell us within a week and we will look at it with you.
How do you clean your tools?
We clean and disinfect metal tools between clients, and each client gets a new file and buffer.
How does pricing work?
Prices show on the booking page when you choose a service. They depend on shape, length, art level, finish and removal.
